A Podiatrist (Foot Doctor) is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. I have been self-employed and have a private practice in Paterson since 1996, a total of 28 years. I pride myself on personal customer service. I will file and debride thick fungal toenails, do a Medical Pedicure, review lab results, and X-Rays. Orthotics are shoes inserts that are intended to correct an abnormal or irregular gait, and are a conservative approach to many foot problems and conditions such as: Plantar Fasciitis, Pain to the balls of the feet, Bunion pain, Shin Splints, Knee pain, Hip pain, Sciatica, and Low Back pain. For custom-molded orthotics, I will cast a patient's feet in plaster (not a foam box).
