CarryAwareNJ is a location-based situational-awareness app designed for lawful firearm owners traveling throughout New Jersey.
The app helps users stay aware of potentially restricted or sensitive locations through proximity-based notifications and an interactive statewide map. Users can review location details, search nearby areas, and access an alert history for later reference.
CarryAwareNJ also includes a community-reporting system that allows users to share useful, real-world observations. Reports can include establishment information and photos, while community voting and moderation tools help keep submissions relevant and reliable.
Additional features include New Jersey legal and legislative updates, Daily Liberty messages focused on freedom, responsibility, citizenship, and motivation, and continually updated location information.
