The pizza begins with a bubbly, homemade crust and a sauce that delivers a kick that’s tastier than all the pizza you’ve eaten in the past. For those who would like to add onto their pizza, the chef heaps on the toppings. Bevacqua’s Reservoir Tavern has been around for over 70 years and the down-home atmosphere has made the eatery a favorite among families.
The Reservoir Tavern is a cornerstone in the Boonton community and has been recognized for its authentic Italian cuisine, generous portions, and friendly staff for over 75 years. We offer delicious pasta, seafood, chicken, veal, and much more, all made to order from the finest and freshest ingredients available. And of course, a trip to “The Res” without ordering one of our made-from-scratch pizzas is almost sacrilegious! Try one and you’ll be hooked!
